Feeders

Pre-Crushing feeders ACP and APV are indicated for the primary feeding of Crushing. They regulate the flow of the material to crush through a masses regulation, at the mechanical centre in the model APC and at the Moto-vibrators in the Model APV.
They are compact, robust and efficient.

Metalomarão also has the model AV (Vibrating Feeder) capable of a uniform feeding to crushers or belt conveyors.

Whit a robust vibrant box and set in motion by external Moto-vibrators of easy regulation and easy application.

Screens

Metalomarão inclined selection Screens are prepared to work in the most adverse environmental conditions. They operate whether in dry and wet conditions, depending on the project needs.

The good selection of the magnitude and the rotation speed combined with construction robustness are what ensures a reliable efficiency.

Dewatering Screen

Operated by two external vibrators, with a variable rotation speed and force, depending on the application.

With robust construction boxes and sides, modular meshes in polyurethane and ascending inclination.

They are normally used for drying of fine granulometries materials.

Drum Washers (Washing Trommels)

Trommel are mounted on a proper chassis and set in motion by conventional pneumatics.

Equipped with modular Wear Plates, with factory directional shovels and with optional exit directional cones. They work in counter-flow ensuring an excellent washing performance. Ideal for the disintegration and separation of tailings particulars and clay removal.

Bucket Wheels

Metalomarão Bucket Wheels are characterised by their simple and resistant construction, low maintenance and excellent performance. The Bucket Wheels are optimized combining some variables as water volume, wheel rotation speed, type and net dimension applied in the cups.

There are two models: Simple (NS) and Double (ND), NS with a single wheel and ND with two wheels.

They are used for the sand recovery contained in water from other washing equipment.

Screw Washers

Screw Washers are used for the washing and for the fine particle draining.

Inside, they have in a decantation tank that allows the precipitation of the more dense materials and the suspension of the less dense materials, screw propeller for the water agitation and for the more dense materials transportation, operated by a reducer and a transmission made by chains.

It is characterized by simple robust equipment and by its easy installation.

Log Washers

Metalomarão Log Washers are indicated for the inert washing with high content of clay.

They are characterised by their strength and by their operation and maintenance easiness. Moved by two reducers, a transmission by gear that ensures the shaft synchronism.

The shovels are made of Wear Plates with adjustment to ensure its longevity.

Clarifiers

Metalomarão Clarifier are versatile once they can be applied with metal bottom and fixing legs or applied directly on concrete, maintaining its efficiency.

 

The water clarification is obtained when the liquid speed (upward) is lower than the solid sedimentation speed (downward). The Clarifier diameter is selected to provide an appropriate back flow speed (upward).

Impact Crushers

Metalomarão Impact Crushers Tertiary/Quaternary are characterised by their robustness, versatility, easiness of maintenance and reliability.

It is important to know that it there is more than one grading curve for these mills. The grading curves depend on several factors. Firstly the kind of material that we dealing with, secondly the feeding size, thirdly whether it is an open or closed circuit, and finally the rotor rotation speed and the mill opening.

There are therefore many variables involved and they are usually combined in order to get the curve that most fits your needs.
