The Metalomarão has 6 types of feeders for adjusting the flux of different types of materials.
The Pre-screeners Feeders APC and APV are indicated for the primary power jaw crusher, the flow of material to grind is done by regulating bodies, the mechanical center of the PCA model and the motor-vibrators APV model, are compact, robust and efficient.
The Vibrant Feeder AV is capable of a uniform secondary feed, easy to use, robust vibrant box and actuated by external moto-vibrators of easy regulation.
The Belt Feeder AT is mainly used in the recovery of fine and wet materials, usually equipped with motor-variator to regulate easily the power flow.
The AL Apron Feeder is suitable for heavy loads and continuous operation. It features a reinforced structure and robust components, designed for demanding environments and 24/7 operation.
The AVV Reciprocating Plate Feeder is ideal for controlled discharge from silos or hoppers. Sturdy, quiet, and low-maintenance, it operates through alternating hydraulic movement, ensuring high reliability and transport capacity.
