The Metalomarão offers a wide range of mobile units on wheels, offering a variety of solutions for many different applications.
Designed in order to meet all customer requirements, its robust design offers excellent productivity and high efficiency, the chassis is built to ensure maximum durability, still being easy to operate, passing quickly from the transport position to work position.
The Primary Mobile Units, depending on the required capabilities can have various configurations. They are usually equipped for jaw crushers to process more abrasive materials or impact crushers to process less abrasive materials. Vibrating feeders controlled with adjustable speed and with the grates opening, which makes the separation of the finest materials. It can further be provided with a grid of selection under the grates for the separation of natural fines.
The Mobile Units Secondary / Tertiary depending on required capabilities, it can have various configurations. These units such as the Primary Mobile units can be equipped by cone crushers or Impact crushers, depending on the material to be processed.
They may be used provided secondary crushing plants to extra fine applications. With few items of assembly and easy handling, these units are quickly ready to operate with the optional hydraulic legs will not need cranes.
The selection of Mobile Units have as main features the facility of transportation, assembly speed and flexibility in the marketing of products pipelines. Its design allows the same type of structure to be used in screens II, III and IV decks.
