The Metalomarão offers a wide range of concrete plants for production of all kinds of applications, from ready-mix concrete, Prefabrication, Cold Asphalt, Soil-Cement and Concrete Dry Way.
The Metalomarão plants can have different configurations according to the needs of each customer:
May be fixed plant, mobile and compact easy to carry equipped with a great diversity of mixing: vertical axis, double horizontal axis, planetary, helical, continuous mixers.
The Metalomarão Concrete Plants may have production capacities from 0,25m3/cycle up to 4m3/cycle; from 15m3/h to 200m3/h; from 20t/h to 500t/h.
Aggregates Storage Capacity: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 Hoppers; each hopper 15, 25, 35, 50 or 100 m3 of capacity.
Binders Storage Capacity (cement, fly ash or Filler): 1, 2, 3, 4 or more silos monobloc, telescopic or collapsible parts.
Silos with a storage capacity of 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 250 or 500 tons each silo.
